Roll, Hustle, Repeat. Race against time or your opponents. The Warrior Game APP will help you crush your competition anywhere. We make fitness fun for youth and adult athletes, creating better fitness through competitive game play. This game is a form of well researched High Intensity Interval Training that is proven to increase strength and endurance. The Warrior Game will take you through about 20 exercises of varied intensity. Each time you work through the Warrior Game you will experience one of a thousand workout combinations.

After you download, choose your level of play:
- Level 1 is an intense 10-15 minute workout
- Level 2 is an intense 15-20 minute workout
- Level 3 is an intense 20-30 minute workout.
None of these (Level 1-3) workouts require any equipment.

-Functional Fitness version is an intense 20-40 minute workout that requires some additional equipment (jump rope, pull-up bar, med ball, and kettlebell or barbell). It is super exciting metabolic conditioning workout.

- You will also get to choose your theme, from sport, activities or heroes.
- Track your workouts. Track over time how many calories you burn, and your exercise history, as you become a more explosive competitor.

Coaches: Engage your players with a competitive way to build better athletes.
- This fun high intensity interval training game will produce results in a reduced period of time.
- Use this at practice or while athletes are doing work on their own.
- Have your players report their feedback to ensure they are accomplishing workouts on their own.
